Born into a military family it was only fitting that Chef Shonari began his culinary journey while serving in the military at the age of 24. From the early mornings of rolling dough to the late nights scrubbing pots, he quickly realized his passion for cooking. Shonari leans on his southern roots, love for flavorful food, and the smiles of those he has served as his inspiration. With 5 years served in the US Army, Chef Shonari gained more training at Le Cordon Bleu.
For the past eight years Shonari has continued to refine his craft in kitchens around Central Florida, putting smiles on the faces of many tourist and locals to the area. His work is central to every meal we produce. Shonari’s passion for cooking and exceptional service gives every meal that extra dash to a savory experience.
